Hey there! My name is Andrew Durand. I’m the author and creator of Brain Place. I’ve dealt with issues of Anxiety and Depression most of my adult life. I was stuck and felt terrible about myself—my career, relationships, and sense of self all suffered because of it. If you’re like me and want to lead a more productive, joyful life and move forward with your goals, then Your Brain Place is the right place to be. 

I write about managing your mental health while striving for a good career and personal life. Lots of my tips come from personal experience or psychology research or some book I read—I read a lot about this stuff.

Why Your Brain Place?

I created Your Brain Place to raise awareness for mental health and to help students or professionals get more from their brains. Lots of people suffer from some form of mental handicap like anxiety, depression, or ADHD. And even if you don’t, sometimes you can lose control of your brain and struggle to achieve what you really want.

I study and read about these issues regularly. I hope my insight will help you get the most out of yourself and guide you to a more fulfilled life, better relationships, and a more rewarding career.
